I have been drinking herbal teas for years. Their medicinal qualities are unbeatable. I came across a combination a year or so ago that seems to pack more punch than any other blend I’ve created. The aging body needs more support. Sometimes I make a pot before I go to bed and leave it overnite. The next day when I’m ready to drink some, I pour a half cup or so and add some boiling water to it. For now I will leave you with the ingredients:
- Stinging Nettle
- Green Tea
- Oats Straw
Great for cleaning one’s blood, calms the mind, great for your liver while adding an abundance of vitamins and minerals to your diet.
